It's a challenge to eat healthy these days, but I'm trying ... Part of that effort involves eating alot of Steamed Veggies - that's where this FANTASTIC Steamer comes in ! ... I just load it up with my favorite healthy foods - it holds alot, put in a little water, and put in the microwave for a few minutes ... when the bell rings I'm all set !
